Shipping, delivery and payments
Delivery time
The delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. It might arrive sooner, but no guarantees. It also depends to which country. Please get in touch with customer service if you need to have a more exact estimation.
Track order
As soon as your order has been processed, your will receive a confirmation mail including a Carrier tracking number. Click on the code and you will be directed to the carrier's website to see the status of your order.
Change order
When you’ve placed and paid for your order, it’s prepared for transport almost in a one business day. As soon as the status of your order is ‘completed’, you can no longer change your order. If you wish you can return the entire order or any items that you don’t want using the return procedure.
Cancel order
That depends on the shipping status. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Payment methods
We accept all major payment methods. including, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and American express. We do not charge extra for these services.
